Dear SCOM Community,

Just over a month ago we launched our 90 Day Business Continuity Edition of Alert Sync and we are pleased to say this has been well received by the community. We appreciate the opportunity to play our part in easing the pressure on IT teams, during these uncertain times.

Here at Cookdown we have not only had to adapt our ways of working, flex our routines and adopt new tools. But also review our plans in the light of these unforeseen circumstances, to continue to navigate the path to success.

We know that monitoring of your IT estate with SCOM is paramount in ensuring business continuity and that for many businesses this will help them ride out the unexpected challenges, they too are facing.

Therefore, we have decided to extend our 90 Day Business Continuity Edition of Alert Sync, to continue to support the IT community. So, if you would like to know more or have taken out a trial and want some help getting started, please get in touch.

The SCOM community has always been at the heart of our business; which is why we are co-organizing a worldwide virtual conference on all things SCOM - SCOMathon 2020 - launching on June 16th. Please join us for what is set to be a fantastic opportunity for the SCOM Community to come together, network and share best practice.

We've also developed a whole host of tools to help you push your SCOM monitoring to the max, so feel free to take advantage of our free platform extensions.

These are challenging times, so being part of a community that cares and supports each other, makes that journey easier – so thank you!

Best wishes,

Bruce Cullen
