Alerts raised after a ‘Server Down' Alert (Heath Service Heartbeat Failure or Failed to Connect to Computer), are assigned to the Incident linked to the active Alert, this prevents any further Alerts being raised for this Incident.

Close Incidents from SCOM
Goodbye coding! You can now automatically set the state of an Incident when an Alert is closed in SCOM, using the new UI.

Reset Rollup Monitor Health State
Auto-reset all Dependency / Aggregate Rollup Monitors, once a related Incident or Task is closed in ServiceNow.

Create Tasks & Incidents
Our new UI means you can now raise Tasks from Alerts, not just Incidents– so you are fully ITIL compliant.
